The following additional services may be purchased, subject to scheduling & availability

- Arrive 2 hours earlier than standard for that extra bit of Sunshine!

- Depart 2 hours later for a little extra sleep, or to squeeze in that last Brunch!
- Mid-stay Cleaning
- Our cleaning staff can rejuvenate your Villa, conveniently at a time while you are away, so you can stay on Island Time
- Airport Transfer
- Rideshare service is readily available, but sometimes time & convenience are a priority, especially early morning from the beach
Rental Bikes
Our favorite way to get around the island is by Bicycle! Whether you are cruising up to the beach to enjoy the sand, or to the cafe for an iced coffee or ice cream, a bicycle allows you to avoid the frustrations of traffic and parking.
Our bicycles are good quality aluminum cruisers with adjustable seats and locks included. There are 4 unisex bicycles available, with 2 being more suited for smaller riders and 2 more suited for taller riders.
This additional add-on is a flat fee per rental period for ultimate convenience. While there are many rental options on the island, our option is the best value and most convenient!

Golf Cart Rental
The fastest and most comfortable way to get around the island is by your own private Golf Cart! Indian Rocks Beach is a Golf Cart friendly area with its low speed roads & many areas offering dedicated golf cart parking, like the public beach accesses!
Walking and Bicycles are very suitable, but when the cooler & beach chairs are loaded up in the dog days of summer, an electric golf cart sure is nice! Not to mention the sunset neighborhood cruising with the radio on!
Golf carts are currently arranged through 3rd party local suppliers, and subject to their availability. Booking through IRB Harbor House will get a local discount, and also allow for pre-arranged pick-up and/or drop-off so the cart can be at the house upon your arrival, and so you don't have to worry about drop-off on your departure day.
While there are many rental options on the island, our preferred local vendor is Going Native Golf Cart Rentals!!
Beach Rentals
For all other beach & island rental needs, we recommend our local friends at Nekton Surf Shop.
Whether you need Kayaks or Paddleboards or some sweet shades, they can help you "beach like a pro" Nekton Surf Shop
